Place the items in their original packaging with all DORADO tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
